Genevieve has a deep interest in self-awareness and self-esteem, personal growth and development, depression and anxiety, existential crossroads, stress, conflict, management and leadership capabilities, and relationship challenges.
From the start of her career, Genevieve has inspired thousands of individuals on the road to ‘realising their full inner potential’.
As founding director of Realisations, Genevieve is a Western Australian success story.
She began her career in the private sector, before her strong business acumen and leadership qualities saw her become State Sales Manager at CSR, a leading blue-chip Australian company.
Genevieve then became the youngest person – and the first woman – to be appointed Operations Manager for CSR in WA. She was then appointed as CSR’s General Manager Operations in British Columbia in Canada, followed by a successful period as State Manager, WA.
Upon her return to Perth, Genevieve established Realisations Consultancy in 1992 and has been assisting Western Australian businesses and individuals ever since.
Throughout her career, Genevieve has earned the respect and loyalty of her existing clients and established many new clients. Her academic background and extensive leadership experience have been recognised around the state, the nation and internationally.
She has a Bachelor of Science (with first class honours - University of Sydney), majoring in Inorganic Chemistry; a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction - Curtin University), specialising in Adult Education; a Master of Counselling (Curtin University), and a Doctor of Business of Administration (Curtin University), studying creative and innovative learning in organisations.
Genevieve is committed to continuing her own learning and has undertaken many accredited courses, seminars and self-paced programs.
But perhaps her biggest strengths are her exceptional people skills. It is impossible not to be enthused by her straight-forward approach and passion for assisting businesses and individuals to ‘realise their full inner potential’. She wants to help ... and she does.
