We decided to partner with Realisations Consultancy based on very positive feedback and recommendations we received about Genevieve Armson, the director and facilitator, and her professional team. At our initial meeting, she showed enthusiasm and a refreshing approach to people development.

Following lengthy discussions, Realisations Consultancy developed a comprehensive Leadership program to suit the requirements of Amdel/Ultratrace. The aim of the program was to gradually develop and build on the skills of the management team through a series of well constructed modules over a period of 11 months.

At each module, participants were introduced to essential management and leadership skills training methods that were practised during each session so they could be immediately implemented into the workplace.

The program was well organised, well structured and the information was covered clearly and practically with workplace-relevant examples.

Genevieve is an excellent communicator. What makes her unique is that she has ‘been there and done that’ herself so she can really relate to the pressures and challenges that we all face as managers.
