I wish to record my appreciation for the recent course you conducted with staff at Carba-Tec(WA).

The difficulty of fitting a meaningful training experience into a busy retail day with a small staff proved no obstacle for Realisations, and a useful learning experience was provided with minimum disruption to our essential daily routines.

Initial staff resistance to 'being told what they already knew' gave way to appreciative comments about 'new angles on old problems'. Observable improvement in interaction with customers were obvious for the duration of the course and have been evident post course.

Improvements to our procedures resulting from staff feedback during the course are being implemented.
