I would like to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate the Realisations Consultancy team and in particular, Genevieve Armson, for the organisation and facilitation of the program “Planning for Expansion” held in a very relaxed and informal atmosphere on Rottnest Island during May 2007.

During a period of great change, we considered the program was an important investment for our organisation. The aim of this program was to both identify that a change in focus was required and also to provide the support and skills needed in order to bring about that change.

Genevieve’s motivation and excellent facilitation style assisted us to remain focussed and interactive over the two days of the program resulting in an enthusiastic and positive outlook towards the future.
