2009 LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR SENIOR MANAGERS

Dr Genevieve Armson, Director of Realisations Consultancy recently customised and facilitated a highly effective Leadership program for the Senior Managers of Anchor Foods.

During the period July to November 2009, and over a series of five modules, Senior Managers were introduced to essential management and leadership skills training with the main aim to:

	Implement strategies aimed at consistent communication with their staff
	Use a wider range of personal and professional leadership and management skills in the workplace
	Provide a more communicative, motivating and values-focussed environment for the staff at Anchor Foods
